The previous review was probably written by the owner. I checked out the place myself, and I can say, it is the worst spa I have ever been to.
The place is so dirty that I'd highly recommend you to wear slippers to go in. And also, the place is so not kept up that I wonder how it operates its business.
IT IS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY.
If there is negative rating, I would put negative 4.
Compare with other spas where there are outside patios, or hot stone room, or clean steam room and sauna room, or clean shower area..... Tustin Spa just doesn't have it....
Lastly, I don't work for any other spas, I'm just a spa lover.....
Pros: nothing special~ you will be disappointed.
Cons: dirty, disgusting, and water not clean
