Tustin Health Spa

I'm agreeing with the other reviewer that said the first review is probably written by the owner because I've been to this place a few times and it's not really ""peaceful"", ""relaxing"" or that ""clean""! I'm sure they are sanitary enough to still be in business, but they are not filthy either. I've had a good experience here with the massages and body scrubs, but I wouldn't call it a relaxing place. This is not your typical spa, but it's clean, fairly priced, and comfortable. They do this accu-pressure type massage that is great if you're experiencing body ache. I go here after my workouts sometimes, when I'm in OC and I never had a bad experience. The reason they are getting a two-star review is that they need a lot of improvement, but I still recommend people to give them a shot if they are in the area. I recommend it especially for athletes that may experience body ache or sore muscles. more

Don't waste your time on this scabby little hole in the wall. I didn't think much of it even before I got kicked out. I stopped in because I was in the area and decided to check it out. I strained my knee last week and I thought the heat would feel good. I was in the steam room minding my own business and a guy in a white tee shirt tells me to get out. I asked if he was cleaning it an he said yes. I showered and sat in the cold tub and he told me to get out. I asked if they were closing and he said yes. The thing is that he was only asking the non-Koreans to leave (I am white). I complained at the front desk and she said that I must have been doing something inappropriate. The previous review was probably written by the owner. I checked out the place myself, and I can say, it is the worst spa I have ever been to. The place is so dirty that I'd highly recommend you to wear slippers to go in. And also, the place is so not kept up that I wonder how it operates its business. IT IS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY. If there is negative rating, I would put negative 4. Compare with other spas where there are outside patios, or hot stone room, or clean steam room and sauna room, or clean shower area..... Tustin Spa just doesn't have it.... I've been to the Tustin Health Spa about 6 times now and it's always a great experience. The place is clean, peaceful and just plain relaxing.
