I don't usually write these things but I recently visited Pintchiks and found them to be making a real effort to improve their customer service reputation. I usually shop there for paint, of which they have a very good selection. This time I needed a ceiling fan, which they carry but it is not a big item for them. When they didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock, they spent a lot of time with me to look at their distributors online sites to look for it. I originally went to both Lowes and Home Depot which are closer to where I live. They had so little information and no one willing to help me find the information that it was a real relief to get the help I received from the staff at Pintchik.\r
I will definitely continue to shop here.
