The manager was very unprofessional when I went back for a redo of a cut and highlight job that didn't look right to me. She had an attitude with me when I explained that I did not find my cut and weave attractive. \r

The master stylist was very professional although I wouldn't go back to her. Finding the right stylist has A LOT to do with great communication between the client and stylist. Unfortunately, the stylist I loved left Nirvana and the new girls working there just aren't as awesome as the crew that made Nirvana fabulous in the first place.\r

I would highly recommend the salon, except who wants to pay bunches for quality work only to deal with a salon manager who doesn't appear to appreciate her clients?
Pros: great master stylists
Cons: newbies that do not provide the excellent service Nirvana had a reputaition for
