Review content:
Chad Arendsen, Chad of All Trades, Inc., is a California Corporation and Licensed California Contractor. \r \r Chad's charismatic veneer of can-do and conscientiousness peeled away to reveal a run-amok crew of unsupervised, unlicensed sub contractors. \r \r Hired to address issues that had been created by a previous contractor, Chad not only reproduced those problems but also invented new ones!\r \r It's proven to be a ton of work ... this having hired Chad of All Trades, Inc. to work at my home!\r \r I filed a THIRD Lawsuit today 031113 against Chad Arendsen of Chad of All Trades, Inc., License #841527, to have a fraudulent Mechanics' Lien removed from the title of my property. The first is an $800k Personal Injury Claim for the ""booby trap"" situation I returned to after Chad's run-amok crew had nearly three unsupervised weeks in my home. The second is a $385 claim for Breach of Contract.\r
