Chad of All Trades

I remember Chad. It's been a long time and I haven't used Chad of All Trades since, but that's just because of my finances and the fact that I have moved into a place that doesn't need any work done. Chad was really friendly and knowledgeable. The place I lived in needed quite extensive repairs in a couple different areas and he was able to accomplish everything that I needed done. When I used Chad of All Trades, I was also able to network a little bit with my brother. I was able to introduce my brother and Chad to each other and they were able to network in their two businesses. more

My wife and I contacted Chad of All Trades late October for help with our house. We had a wedding planned for the weekend after Thanksgiving and we needed to get our hardwood floors fixed. We had hired another contractor to install moulding around 3 entry arches inside our home, and it looked bad. The previous contractor never finished and disappeared. We were so happy with the price and quality of Chad's teams work that we had had them put in hardwood floors in 2 other rooms and crown moulding. Not only were they able to match hardwood that was installed 12 years before but everything was done wih plenty of time before the wedding. The Chad team is very professional and took pride in leaving our home clean every day when they were done. I have recommended them to friends and family since then, and will be using them again. more

While the work was done quite a while ago on my Mother's residence, I do recall that the inspection's of the project's were thorough. The quote's were reasonable, the person's who did the work were perfessional and curtious. The outcome's were to my and my Mother's satisfaction. While I do not look forward to any work needing to be done, if the need does arise I will not hesitate to call Chad Of All Trades more

Overall, excellent experience. Excellent quality work. Great job managing subcontractors and responding to our needs. One area worth looking into: as there were numerous sub-projects occurring simultaneously, the billing became a little confusing at times. It was sometimes easy to loose track of what bill we paid because there was a lag time from when we would write the check until it was reflected in the account statement. more

Overall they did a great job. Chad and his project manager responded quickly to calls, requests and questions. Chad was very helpful in dealing with my homeowners insurance and got more accomplished with them then I could have. The only real problem was that the windows were ordered incorrectly, so had to be reordered which held up the job being completed as projected. Chad's entire team, from office personnel to painter, were wonderful to work with. more

We remodeled our kitchen last year and I have to say that we were daunted in the beginning by both the cost and the length of time it would take. We shopped around the north county area, but Chad was the most responsive and the most thorough. He came out to the house and laid out everything, from start to finish, including minute cost breakdown and schedules. We got the project done on time and on budget and we could not be more pleased. The first is an $800k Personal Injury Claim for the ""booby trap"" situation I returned to after Chad's run-amok crew had nearly three unsupervised weeks in my home. The second is a $385 claim for Breach of Contract.\r more
