Terrible Service - Do Not Use. I rented a home under their management for 2 years. They are ALWAYS slow to respond, have no way of direct contact, and email responses are usually 2-3 days. The exit process was horrendous. Was told moving in that I could paint over children's murals that had been painted on ceilings. When I exited the property, I was charged for repainting. Found out later that the painting I did was left intact. Also charged for paint coming off of basement room wall due to water damage - not my issue. I found it just better to let it go and provide as much press for HSH as possible. The owner is a sad, dreadful woman who has no place in a business where customer service is important. RECOMMEND YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.
