Terrible Service - Do Not Use. I rented a home under their management for 2 years. They are ALWAYS slow to respond, have no way of direct contact, and email responses are usually 2-3 days. The exit process was horrendous. Was told moving in that I could paint over children's murals that had been painted on ceilings. When I exited the property, I was charged for repainting. Found out later that the painting I did was left intact. Also charged for paint coming off of basement room wall due to water damage - not my issue. I found it just better to let it go and provide as much press for HSH as possible. The owner is a sad, dreadful woman who has no place in a business where customer service is important. RECOMMEND YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! Never got great or friendly service from them, no matter how nice I was. They are terrible about returning phone calls and will take the first chance they get to screw you over. I would highly suggest you never rent from them. more

hot water heater went out,they would not respond until the next day.we went without water,toilets,from 1:00 pm on sunday(easter) until,still no response.waiting for monday,have no choice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: crawford plumbing very rude more

The one staff member (Betty) who works there is extraordinarily rude! She's in the property management industry, you'd think she'd be somewhat interested in being polite to potential clients. Especially in this economy. Do not use this service!! more
