Review content:
The food is consistently good. I love eating there. This location is always crowded. The staff is typically very friendly, but, tends to argue about coffee, I think they need additional training. SLBC has a product called IcEE Mocha. I order IceD skim mocha and am told they're premade and only come with non-skim milk. At which point I stress again iceDDDDDD, not icEEEE, and some of them still don't get it and pass me off to someone else. It is really silly, since anyplace else in the city and the rest of the country is familiar with this basic terminology. It's a good mocha, but, a hassle to get sometimes.
Pros: Great food. Neat ambiance. Wi-fi.
Cons: You might have to argue about their iced coffee.
