On fisrt meeting the membership director I expressed shock at the monthly cost, he said ""We can charge what we like round here!"" That should have been enough of a warning!
Unfortunately customer service did not match the exhorbitant fees. Snooty reception staff who barely acknowledge you, disinterested tennis director if you're not already a competitve player. Totally incompetent membership staff who cannot handlly complaints about accounts. An overall attitude of complete snobbery from other members who in no way extended friendship. As a newcomer from England I thought I'd met all the snobs back home but this place beats everthing I've come across before. No longer a member thank god!
