They tell you you can order a new frame but I went there so that I can have glasses the same day. I did not know this about the frames until I had to have them fix the arm twice to separate times. They are impatient while you are shopping. I finally turned these glasses back to them for a complete refund with in my 30 days. BUT WAIT, I purchased two pair at once totalluy over $800.00. The clear pair of Dolcy & Gabanna's broke first and glad it was within my 30 days and they were not repairable. It was the arm also. Also, all five times I was there,(had to go back to pick up clear ones 8 business days later for the anti glare to be done at a cost of $69.00 when JC Penney charges $30.00), I signed in and ALWAYS got waited on AFTER other people behind me signed in. And, if you'll forgive me here, they were all caucasian - I am not. Take your money somewhere else. I went to JC Penney. They happen to have a sale going on at the time. I turned in both pairs of glassed to Lens Crafters. I purchased two pair at JC Penney for $285.00. Lens Crafters cost me over $800.00. DO NOT GO TO LENS CRAFTERS. They are a rip off. Cons: Rip Off, Impatient People, Racists
