DO NOT recommend! My experience with this office has been a NIGHTMARE. I purchased expensive frames from Orange Plaza Optometry with the employees' assurance that they were wide enough for the progressive lenses I planned to purchase elsewhere. Once I had the lenses put in, I found I was unable to see properly and was told from experts it was due to the frame size. I asked Orange Plaza Optometry for a refund on the frames and they refused. I left a message for the owner to call me and never heard from him. Customer service is extremely poor.\r

I asked employees if the business was accredited by the BBB and they said it was. I found out this was untrue and they actually have an ""F"" RATING with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Had I known this and read the poor online reviews about this business, I would never have purchased from them.
