Not just another Pilates studio. These women have an incredible concept. I have used multiple services there. The Pilates instruction is superior. I was new to Pilates and to Nashville and the staff made me feel so welcome. They are all so friendly and everyone knows me and greets me by name.
No matter how hard it was to me as a new beginner, they were patient and kindhearted. Not only that, they made me work hard and understand the details of how Pilates really works.
Luci is so knowledgeable in her Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Nutrition classes. She is serious but she knows how to make it fun.
I tried Reiki for the first time-I don't know how it works but it does. Mary Ann is professional and compassionate- I have never been so relaxed.
I have had a massage at Align with Jason and his connective tissue massage is amazing.
Thank you Align Wellness Studio for all that you do for your clients. You really work hard to make us feel great.
