Pilates, Massage, Yoga, and more.... 2/16/2012

Align Wellness Center has it all. I recently returned to a pilates routine and chose Align because of Mary Ann. She is an amazing instructor. Upon arrival, I realized, this studio has such variety. I can get a pilates workout then relax with a Reiki or massage session. I have little yoga experience and no Tai Chi experience so I am excited about incorporating these into my fitness plan for variety. Nutrition is an issue for me so I look forward to working with Luci, who is also great. I highly recommend their workshops too. Everything you need or want for YOURSELF is at your fingertips when you step into the studio. The energy is great. The location is so convenient and most importantly, having all of this in one place makes it easy for me to take care of myself. That's a win-win!!!! more

Massage at Align 8/5/2011

Jason is the one. Had a fantastic experience yesterday. Post op shoulder surgery with kinks that needed releasing, and he did it. They are gone this morning. Seweet. more

Align Wellness 8/4/2011

I followed Mary Anne and Luci to Align. I take pilates from Luci, I love it. My body is getting stronger all the time and I am staying flexible.\r I am always looking forward to my next workout.\r I recently had my first reiki session with Mary Anne, it was amazing. It was the most relaxing experience and felt healing.\r The studio is a very pleasant space and very conveniently located. The staff is very professional, welcoming and pleasant to work with. more

ALIGN rocks! 7/31/2011

I followed ALIGN co-founders luci and Mary Anne to their new studio in Belle Meade and am glad I did. I continue to take and benefit from weekly pilates with an occasional reiki session and mediation class. As a therapist I often recommend ALIGN to clients who are looking for a more balanced life with self -care being a priority. Luci's nutrition/hunger workshops are especially beneficial. more

Love Align!! 7/25/2011

ALIGN is the best!!! Nutritional counseling with Luci was a real eye opener! I eat out almost every night and she helped me learn how to make healthier choices when eating out and since my first session I've lost 7 pounds. Thanks Luci!! Reiki with Maryann.......all I can say is total Nirvana!!! more

Align Wellness Center is Great!! 7/22/2011

My experience at Align Wellness Center has been extremely rewarding for me. I look forward to going every week for pilates. The instruction is challenging and rewarding. At 61, I have never felt better. My mother goes too and she is getting stronger and feeling better after having cancer two years ago. The staff is very professional but also fun. I highly reccomend Align for strength training!!! more

Reiki and Massage at ALIGN 7/20/2011

I didnt understand the power of Reiki until I had muscle spasm in my neck paired with an excruciating headache. After a 60 minute session with Mary Ann, I was relaxed, headache free and my spasm was diminished and actually gone the next day!! Equally relaxing as a massage, but in a different way. I have had a massage with all the massage therapists ( Jason, Mary, and Susie) at ALIGN. Each therapist was talented and intuitive and able to address my ""Knead"" of the day. Definitely make an appointment for Reiki and/or Massage. There is a 20% coupon available on the ALIGN Wellness Studio page. more

I love ALIGN! Experienced, talented and friendly staff. 7/19/2011

Not just another Pilates studio. These women have an incredible concept. I have used multiple services there. The Pilates instruction is superior. I was new to Pilates and to Nashville and the staff made me feel so welcome. They are all so friendly and everyone knows me and greets me by name. No matter how hard it was to me as a new beginner, they were patient and kindhearted. Not only that, they made me work hard and understand the details of how Pilates really works. Luci is so knowledgeable in her Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Nutrition classes. She is serious but she knows how to make it fun. I tried Reiki for the first time-I don't know how it works but it does. Mary Ann is professional and compassionate- I have never been so relaxed. I have had a massage at Align with Jason and his connective tissue massage is amazing. Thank you Align Wellness Studio for all that you do for your clients. You really work hard to make us feel great. more
