If you dont feel like you have entered a little piece of heaven when you enter the spa and smell the lucious candles, view the bali inspired decor, or relax into the pampering of the staff who immediately offer refreshments and assistence, you will after you are in your private room and on the table. I have followed Ginger from previous spas because of her expertise and knowledge particularly of massage, but in the last year taken advantage of her facials too. Being small and intimate, I feel attended to whether staff is advising on beauty products or services that would best fit my schedule and budget. Little extras like specialty pillows for pregnancy massage or flameless candles that glow in every room make this place my fave. As for the previous reviewer, well, some people just need to be hung up on:)
