My recent experience, with Blue Ginger spa was very disappointing. The staff in general was friendly and helpful, but in trying to resolve an issue with the owner and the rude and unprofessional way she handled herself over the phone was quite frustrating. I felt her willingness to resolve the problem was mediocre, but then when she got an attitude with a suggestion on how she could improve her services, so other people wouldn't have the same problem I did, she got extremely rude, and crossed the line in my opinion on how you should treat a client by hanging up on me. Only for me to call back and have her employees pic up the pieces of her complete lack of professionalism. For the way the way the economy is, and being a small business I would think that their customer service would be a lot better, and if that is how you run a business, and you talk to and treat your clients in that manner I would say having happy customers is not a priority for her. I would not even bother or waste your time with going here. There are plenty of spas here in Wilmington where I am sure would appreciate your business and the experience would be much more pleasant.
