This is a very cool place. After having driven past this place under contruction (used to be the Rusty Pelican), my friends and I meet here for Happy Hour after work often. We like that it is trendy-looking and very un-Glendale. Also it is very easy to get to being off the 134 and the 2 freeways, and a short shot up from the 5 fwy. Happy hour drinks are tasty and the food is also tasty. Our service has been just fine though there are not a lot of people there yet at 4:30 or 5:00 during the week. Also we are able to self-park. Sitting out in one ot the cabanas is cool and very relaxing, and you get a more exclusive feeling with the curtain drawn, though not completely private. We haven't been for dinner though but when we have left Happy Hour it seems busy enough. It has the atmosphere of being on the more trendy Westside or Hollywood scenes but without the hassle if you don't live on that side of town. It is also more accessible than most of the trendier places in Old Town since there is parking on site.
