Not happy with them at all my wife looked them up on line to check if they were 24hrs. I needed emergency care since my dog got a hold of ant poison, instead of teliing us to go straight to a 24 hour facility they took us in with 30 minutes till closing then charged me 260 dollars n told me that I would need to go to the 24 hour location, n made me sign a paper saying that I was refusing to take my dog there. I ended up paying about 800 dollars in total I could've saved about 350 dollars if they would've been honest with me n say hey just go straight over o the critical care instead of coming here since we close at 12 . Thankfully my dog phoenix made it until we got to the other place but I will never go to this place again
