I really enjoy renting from laureate! The owner of my property takes care of things in a very timely manor! And have encountered nothing but friendly service. I have rent for over a year and will continue to until I am ready to buy! What I like so much about renting from Laureate is that they are down to earth! If you keep you word then so do they! I have been there when they are dealing with unruly renters, that think they can blame all their own hardships on the office! The staff takes these beatings very well! But every human has a breaking point! Sometimes tenants call them and have issues with their fiancée and because they are not getting what they want!! Some tenants try to strong arm them and yell and be extremely rude to the staff especially when they do not get what they want! I am just glad because I handle my business!! I pay my rent and Laureate is there for me when I need them!!
