Review content:
Bad experience at Le Chene the other night. Started out with a gnat in my cocktail, which they quickly replaced..no biggie. Then ordered the ""Lobster Le Chene"", meat of ½ of a lobster tail, on top of a bed of rice and a cream sauce. It had the worst taste to it, like ammonia. Waitress came over and I showed it to her and she smelled it and removed it and asked me to pick out something else. I googled ammonia smell in lobster to find that it means it was spoiled. At the end of the meal the waitress patted me on the back said tonight wasn't my night and handed me a check for the full bill. I asked to speak to a manager and they had said he stepped out.\r

So next morning I emailed a constructive letter letting them know of my disappointment. I received an email back from Alonso, who I assume is the manager, telling me they cooked the other half of my lobster the next morning and it was fine. \r
