Horrible experience! $180 in damages to my car and they still charged me for the oil change. That $5 coupon is not worth it! \r Synopsis: The technicians were actually very professional and honest, accidentally broke a valve stem off and informed me right away. The ""service"" desk immediately denied any such occurance took place, I had to go get the broken piece for them to believe me. Then the ""management"" first offered to pay for the damages, until I told them it was a special order item that could only be replaced by the dealer and was not going to cost the $5 that he estimated, Five minutes later he took some photos from his cell phone and reluctantly submitted a write-up to the corporate office. A few days later, ""corporate"" informed me this was a pre-existing condition and they were not responsible. My argument that this was not physically possible (dealer informed me they are aluminum, do not rust, and was likely leaned on during the inflation process) held no bearing. They were obviously not concerned with my repeat business or the sub standard BBB rating. - I never write reviews, too much effort, but felt a responsibility to the general public to not let this happen to anyone else.\r \r Tip: Go someplace else! Don't fall for the coupon, it will be very costly in the end!
