2920 Car Wash

Horrible experience! $180 in damages to my car and they still charged me for the oil change. That $5 coupon is not worth it! \r Synopsis: The technicians were actually very professional and honest, accidentally broke a valve stem off and informed me right away. The ""service"" desk immediately denied any such occurance took place, I had to go get the broken piece for them to believe me. Then the ""management"" first offered to pay for the damages, until I told them it was a special order item that could only be replaced by the dealer and was not going to cost the $5 that he estimated, Five minutes later he took some photos from his cell phone and reluctantly submitted a write-up to the corporate office. A few days later, ""corporate"" informed me this was a pre-existing condition and they were not responsible. My argument that this was not physically possible (dealer informed me they are aluminum, do not rust, and was likely leaned on during the inflation process) held no bearing. They were obviously not concerned with my repeat business or the sub standard BBB rating. - I never write reviews, too much effort, but felt a responsibility to the general public to not let this happen to anyone else.\r \r Tip: Go someplace else! Don't fall for the coupon, it will be very costly in the end! more

There is a guy with a red face, red shirt on. I must say he makes it enjoyable to visit that carwash. He always has a joke of the day to share to try to make his customers smile and laugh more

I was told I needed my coolant replaced and I did not. I found my receipt and had it changed about 18,000 miles ago. It should last 100,000 miles. I will not be using them again. I do not trust them!!! more

I went here to get my oil changed on my car. The service manager had brought out a sample of my dirty transmission fluid and recommend that I change it. I agreed to it. About 10 minutes later, he shows that same dirty fluid sample to another customer and recommends that he get his transmission fluid changed!! Every oil change customer was recommended to change something like air filter, coolant flush, etc. They got me for 90 dollars (who knows if they even changed it), don't let them get you. more

2920Carwash did a great job on my car. Took the stains out of my floor mat. Went well beyond to help us. Very friendly folks and very clean facility. Would recommend anyone. Nothing feels better than good service and driving in a clean car. more
