We are not particularly knowledgeable about plants, but we bought some herbs at a Farmer's Market today, and we were told to replant them in bigger pots, so we went here for supplies. We started poking around, and almost immediately a lady offered to help us. She stuck with us and gave us very specific advice about how to tend to our new plants (and we were advised against buying fertilizer, so clearly she was not trying to get as much money as she could out of us). When I said I wanted a vine, she recommended a lovely Moonflower plant that we are excited about. As we checked out, she told us to call if we had any more questions, and I felt like she really meant it. I saw several other customers who seemed to be treated similarly well.
