i have been a patient for over 10 years. after reading the above reviews, you must have no idea what it takes to deal with us patients and our hmo insurances!!!! i think the staff at this office makes it very enjoyable and i guess you all cant handle how straight forward they are. of course, policies must be enforced, just image in this day and time what would happen if they became lax with the office policies!!! another problem in the medical field today is our society living for the quick antidote, SORRY there currently is NONE!!! just to let you know i am a specialist's, in the sewell area, wife!! i would never change my primary doctor from this office, SOOOO sorry the other reviews dont enjoy your up beat patient care!! I DO!!!
