Review content:
Our family has been treated by Dr. Cavallaro for the past five years. We have never had a problem with him.he is compassionate, professional, and personable, all the qualities that a patient needs when they are sick and do not quite comprehend their sickness. The patience he has for his elderly patients is unbelievable, he has been treating my mother-in-law for the past five years for dementia and has been very helpful in helping me deal with all the stress that goes along with the stress of being the main caretaker. I have called him many times crying and he has had the ability to calm both my fears and stress. Until now, most of the staff has always been somewhat disrespectful, especially the office manager, Donna, she has tried to intimidate me from the beginning, making me feel as if I had done something to offend her, fortunately Dr Cavallaro has opened his own practice and we might have to travel a distance to see him, I believe it is well worth the travel time for my sanity. If we have to pay a full copay to a ""physicians assistant"" I feel somehow the patient is getting ripped off. I also have a very big problem when someone is accused of something, when they are not guilty of anything, other than using a prescription written by someone other than the doctor. I worked for the government for 20 years, 20 and out, and we were taught that a person is innocent until proven guilty. I think in the future you should not jump to conclusions when you are not aware of the facts.
