I had Tollins Window Cleaning in to do my windows in June. What I like about them is that when I called for an estimate they actually sent a person out to do it. They did not make me count the windows in my house and then quote me a price on the phone. I did get a couple of other estimates. Tollins was right in the middle, so I was very comfortable with that. When I called the office, I left a message and was called back RIGHT AWAY. The other time that I called I did get a person right away and she was able to answer all of my questions. These days its rare to get a call back from a company much less have a person actually amswer the phone. I really liked that. When they came to clean my windows they were very professional. The crew was well dressed and neat and they were ALL very polite. Before they entered my house they removed their shoes without my even asking. They wiped down all of my screens and vacuumed out my window sills at no extra charge. The windows look the best they have ever looked since I moved into my home 22 years ago. I would HIGHLY recommend Tollins Window Cleaning. I will definitley have them back every year to do my windows. -Lisa K.
