I just wanted to thank these guys for saving me a bundle of money. They came to do our windows and noticed some scrathces on them. I thought I was going to have to replace all these windows. Instead one of the guys from Tollins told me that the scratches were from ""Fabricating Debris"". Debris that gets trapped on the window during manufacturing. He told me that the Window manufacturer should replace the windows at no charge because they are aware of this problem. I was skeptical, but I called the manufacturer and they came to look at the windows. The manufacturer agreed that the scratches were caused from Fabricating debris and agreed to replace all 8 of them. Thank you Tollins Window Cleaning! These guys really know their stuff and my wife and I are very, very grateful. They also did a really FANTASTIC job cleaning our windows, we are very impressed with the company. I called to have my windows cleaned because we were having a party at my home and the windows were filthy. I got Tollins window cleaning's name from several people who use them. I had Tollins Window Cleaning in to do my windows in June. What I like about them is that when I called for an estimate they actually sent a person out to do it. They did not make me count the windows in my house and then quote me a price on the phone. I did get a couple of other estimates. Tollins was right in the middle, so I was very comfortable with that. When I called the office, I left a message and was called back RIGHT AWAY. The other time that I called I did get a person right away and she was able to answer all of my questions. These days its rare to get a call back from a company much less have a person actually amswer the phone. I really liked that. When they came to clean my windows they were very professional. The crew was well dressed and neat and they were ALL very polite. Before they entered my house they removed their shoes without my even asking. They wiped down all of my screens and vacuumed out my window sills at no extra charge. The windows look the best they have ever looked since I moved into my home 22 years ago.
