Had an echo cardiogram ... technician didn't know how to use machine ... company rep was there to help her .. never did scan just left the scanner device in one place ... sent my physician a ""normal"" report. No way could they have obtained valid results. Tech didn't know she wasn't supposed to push Enter rather than another key to get pictures. It was a debacle. Doctor in room just stood there did nothing when he knew the test wasn't being done properly. This was the second try at this test. They messed up on scheduling for the first one.
