What a TERRIBLE guitar shop. I went in 2 weeks before my birthday (so middle of Oct), to put a deposit on a special Orange amp. 5 months went by with ME calling THEM every week to find out the status of my order. LIES LIES AND BS!!! Pat is the owner and Frank is his ""run-around"" guy. NOT ONCE did they call me back, even though EVERY TIME they told me THEY would. Pat WILL NOT return calls, or even be 'available' to talk to. I finally told them that I wanted my money back, and I got even MORE lies and bs!! It took another month of crap to get a check back from them for my deposit. After reading other reviews on the web, I discovered that they are NOTORIOUS for taking deposits and not delivering products. They will not be receiving any more of my business, and I will be telling anyone who asks about that shop, to STAY AWAY. BUYER BEWARE!!
