Review content:
I used them only because Circuit City uses them for their warranty repairs. This is the absolute worst company to deal with, do not EVER use them! They have zero customer service, it's almost like they take joy in being the most obnoxious company to work with. They have no flexibility, are rude, and just horrible people. They need to be put out of business.
