The Customer Service is STILL HORRIFIC! I tried to be polite and positive and the receptionist's mentality is so stained that she couldn't receive positivity even when you try to give it to her. Her rudeness, lack of professionalism, and inability to conduct business effectively is just plain sad. My daughter found these reviews after my aweful experience with this company today. Upon reviewing them I am telling all, WE ALL ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME CRAZINESS FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! I am reporting them to the proper agencies and have already refused to do business with them. I will not put myself into further interaction with these people.
