Review content:
What started as a Fully Covered WARRANTY repair turned into a MAJOR hassle and inconvenience. Aid Audio replaced BROKEN Part with a USED Part and demanded CASH ONLY (even though the repair was FULLY COVERED). Tried to scam BOTH me and the Manufacturer at the SAME TIME. As of June 18th LG has REMOVED them from their website of approved service centers. Customer Service by an employee named Rick was straight out of a HORROR movie. He must be an owner because any GOOD Business man would NEVER put their business in his hands. Don't Walk, RUN AWAY from Aid Audio!!!!!
