I have to say my experience with this company was very rewarding. This company bent over backwards to accommodate me and even fought with the manufacturer directly, on my behalf, to make sure the situation was taken care of the right way. Because of all their hard work, they were able to get my 52 inch plasma television replaced with a brand new one. I'm a little shocked over the other reviews. The company was very polite, courteous, and professional. The staff kept my up to date with what was going on with the situation and explained that it could take longer than anticipated. They had my new television delivered and reinstalled in a very reasonable time frame. Being in the customer service industry, I can understand how people can be unrealistic in their expectations. All of their hard work and dedication is much appreciated! I recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done the right way without the b.s.!!
Pros: You actually talk to a person not a machine and CLEAN WORK!!!
Cons: None that I can think of!
