this company has several locations in flushing ny. DONOT go to any of it for ANYTHING. Check the business bureau, they have multiple complaints on file. Their service and attitudes are horrible. I was humiliated as a customer, called names, and the boss stated, if you don't like it then don't call us. Well, my tv was still in their possession. Everything about what the other reviewers said is true and for real. so save your self some sanity and don't use these people. They should be lobby against and I would encourage the customers to call the warranty company and tell them not to use aid audio service.
