Review content:
They are the most unprofessional people I have dealt with and I do not see how they are still in this business. I have been screamed at, called a liar, treated like I was a piece of excrement. They made an appt for 8am and showed up at 7pm. Then the next time they were actually supposed to come and fix the TV, they refused to show up. My husband spent 25 minutes on the phone begging them to come to fix our tv. After 5 WEEKS, the tv isn't fixed. Just make sure you complain to the warranty providers as much as possible. My warranty provider is reviewing them. Let's make sure they lose their contracts. They do not deserve to be in business.
