Unfortunately I only found this firms reputation after I personally had an issue with them. Hopefully it's not to late for you. Find another firm now or you will join this listing of complaints. \r

My experience with this company has been the horror show that other posters have described. Rude and bad customer service to start and a bad repair where they inflicted further damage on my unit. I am amazed they are still in business. \r

If you found these posts early, consider yourself lucky. If you found it out too late I am sorry, but if it's any solace you are not alone. Call your manufacturer's customer service and tell them of your experience. \r
