I must have been the unlucky one who got the bad attitude counter guy also. I have witnessed his behavior to other customers on a prior visit, but never experienced it myself until today. He may be a great guy as an employee, but he is NOT a customer service counter man. A smile, a little joy in life, a happy bubble in front of the customers even if you're having a bad day. All of the basics of customer service seem to have been left out for this guy as he grew up as a counter man.\r \r I am in a position as a volunteer for an organization that can refer customers to this business. Will I? The answer is no. There are too many other better choices in the market place to choose from. Places where customer service is a critical part of their business plan. A light hearted atmosphere is a commodity that is hard to place a value on, but has value none the less. New people to the shooting sports deserve a smile behind the counter, a friendly helpful attitude. The gun business can be conducted in such an atmosphere, their direct competitors do it. I will send new shooters else where if asked advice on where to shop.. Oh, by the way I was going to make a purchase today, but choose not to after my exchange with Mr Happy. Exmil Pros: OK prices, and indoor range Cons: see my coments
