GOOD STUFF:
- Great & huge selection of many kinds of flooring.
- I had tile, laminate, and cork installed in my home. Sub-contractor installers were highly skilled.
- Installers were diligent and prompt.
- Installers dealt well with unexpected situations.
- My flooring job in my home took a month, and installers and I were able to deal well with one another.
- Lynn (owner) was responsive and managed issues as they came up.
- Lynn has a good eye and made good color and product suggestions.
- Lynn is knowledgeable about the products.
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT:
- The job in my home was unusually large. The management of invoicing and ordering of materials was a bit shaky. But, when problems occurred. Lynn corrected them. Recommendation: Get EVERYTHING itemized on the contract up-front so there is no confusion.
