I am not sure what my husband did to our computer, but when I turned it on a giant red scary creature started laughing at me!! I could not go anywhere, all I saw was this gargoyle type figure and it was stuck there. I brought the PC to Secure Data Recovery Services and had a nice young man get it out of my car. Before the end of the day it was ready. Very reasonably I must say and I am grateful not to see that ugly red creature again! The computer got a bad Trojan virus in it and Secure Data Recovery Services quarantined and removed it and did a laptop data recovery and made it back to normal. I thank you for your help.
