Review content:
I have only been a client with Sensiba San Filippo for the one return I filed last year, and prior, I was with W.H. Mayer for, I don't know, a million years. They merged recently, and I am not sure if they have the same staff there, but we still have the same tax preparer that we used to have. We have a complicated return, and recently we talked to an EA but no CPAs or tax experts just yet. Our EA has been there forever, and previously, there was a CPA that worked with us on a complicated return involving patents. That involved a lot of meetings, and now that everything is set and we know their business, we send everything electronically. We only have to discuss things with when when we have a new contact or client to submit to them, since I do most of our accounting myself and they sort through it. The process works smoothly and it's predictable, which I like as a client. They get to know you, and we don't have to discuss too much. I look over their work when I get it and see what they have used and charged because I understand returns, but I don't have the patience to file them myself. I'm very happy with them and happy about the Sensiba merger. It doesn't bother me as long as the service is the same. James and Maria Lena McGill
