Very satisfactory 5/7/2014

Sensiba San Filippo LLP is the best. For several years, they've been doing the audit for our company. They're very supportive of our team. They actually go over and beyond what we ask them sometimes, which is great. We have a one on one relationship with them, which is very important. They have knowledge of our business, and can give us support because of that. We'll go to them every now and then to check if it's okay or not okay to do something. They're a pretty good company with good people to work with. more

A great experience and problems solved 9/10/2013

Santos was patient and professional in helping me file a number of years of back returns. I live in Australia and was worried about the gaps in my paperwork. He explained the process carefully, was specific about what he needed from me and followed up in a timely manner. He was highly responsive to email and when I needed to speak to him, made himself available late his evening/during my morning which was also extremely helpful. more

Excellent and Easy 1/3/2013

Elizabeth at Sensiba San Filippo was nice and easy to work with. She asked a few questions and then got through the inventory quickly. This was my first time working with her through my company, who has used the service in the past. It was easy and not as stressful as I thought it would be. more

Sensiba San Filippo knows what they're trying to do. They handled an audit for me. They ask questions beyond just the typical ones. They dug a little deeper, which I thought showed a desire to answer questions before the questions are asked. It was just a deeper level of research. more

Efficient, thorough, and there for us. 11/15/2012

We've been with Sensiba San Filippo, oh, for probably 20 years. They've been great, which is why we stay with them obviously. They have done all our books for quite some time. They're efficient, thorough, and they're always there when we have questions. They are very personal too, and they make a point to come meet with my staff and I. I never have any problems with them or the taxes, and we have been audited at random before. more

We've used the services of Sensiba San Filippo 3-4 times and will use them again in the future. They are a very good company to work with. Of course, they were willing to talk whenever we wanted to, but the majority of our communication was via email. It went very smoothly. They are very responsive. I have no negatives. more

Well, I haven't had any experience with Sensiba San Filippo other than with my regular tax preparer, Lourdes Ibarra. She has been taking care of me for years, so this review is about her as a professional. My experience was highly professional and courteous. I think she is very good, and that's exactly what I would expect. more

I didn't make the decision to work with them originally, but since I have started dealing with them I have found them to be always professional and of high-quality. They get things done when they need to get done, and provide a very good service to us at a reasonable value. more

Sensiba San Filippo does our 401K audits every year. I have been working closely with Brandon with no issues, everything runs really smoothly. Our company has been with Sensiba San Filippo for 3-5 years, it has been a good experience. I just give them the stuff, he emails me what he needs and it's really easy. I have been through this process with other auditing companies and it's not always as easy as how Sensiba San Filippo makes it. more

This was my first time using an auditor for a 401k audit. Unfortunately, Sensiba San Filippo did switch auditors on me half-way through, but that was a little glitch. Overall everything was very professional, very efficient, and got everything to me in a timely manner. They were very detailed in letting me know what I needed to provide. Overall it was a very good experience. more

Overall great experience working with Sensiba for many years. 9/19/2012

We've been working with Sensiba since before they were Sensiba. We've built a great relationship with all of the auditors. We trust their expertise in helping us reconcile our books. What really matters is the relationship we've built through the years. I am relatively new, I started working with them 5 years ago. The members of team are great, it's nice to have the same team yearly. Knowing that, we have confidence in their team to help us with audits. Jessica & Justin are two team members we've had for the past few years. They are phenomenal. They help us understand more about our books and what we would need to improve on to make things go smoother next year. more
