In November of 2012 we had the pleasure meeting one of the companys repair staff. Right away we could tell that Diamond Heating and Cooling took special interest in the customer. We decided to have a new system installed from the heater to the A/C compressor. Our heating unit was located in our crawl space under the house to include the filter. The sales person discussed several options with us and even took the time to do a complete evaluation on our home to see what system would work the best for us. Within a few days the sales person was back at our house to discuss the estimates and not only did he come back but the owner of the company came with him. The overall project was not just a quick install but turned out to be a major project, from moving the complete system to our garage, cutting into concrete for all new ducts, to moving our hot water heater as well. From the owner to the sales person and the very hardworking employees this major job never inconvenienced our family. After the job was completed and they were all gone, you could not tell that there had been any work done. Our house was just as clean as it was before the project started. Every employee that worked on the project and the follow up with the sales person after job was completed made this experience a pleasant one. Diamond Heating and Cooling puts the word Trust back into construction. We highly recommend Diamond Heating and Cooling for any work from minor to major repairs.
