i had the worst experience at H&H kia in omaha ne, and after coming across the bridge to lake manawa kia i left feeling so much better than when i arrived. Right as i stepped out of my car Randy was there to help. He did not try and persuade me to buy something out of my price range, in fact he led me right to the perfect match that was exactly what i was looking for. Him and his team also did everything they could to help me with the problem remaining at H&H by giving me options and suggestions on what i needed to do. They gave me a WAY BETTER deal that H&H did and even put me in a car that was 100% better. I am so happy that i went to lake manawa kia because i know that i got the best deal and i feel so much more taken care of by the staff than before. Randy was straight and to the point and did everything he could to help me out in my situation. They did whatever they could to get me in the car i wanted and for that i am so grateful! i will recommend him and lake manawa kia to everyone that is looking for a car and needs a place to trust.
