Review content:
This following took place at the Deltona Memorial Cemtary, Saxon Blvd, Orange City. \r
I ordered flowers to be delivered Saturday, June 20th to my Father's grave for Father's Day. Sunday afternoon my Mother calls, very upset. NO FLOWERS! I called the florist who informed me the flowers were delivered Saturday, as ordered. However, Cemetary Staff instructed the driver to leave the arrangement on the washing machine. Staff would place them.\r
12:40pm. I called the Cemetary, Cindy informed me of the new policy and staff must not have gotten to it yet. Cindy agreed to 'go look' for my flowers and would call me back. An hour later, I called her. The flowers had been found on the washer and were placed on the site. She aplogized. Said on Monday, Elisha would e-mail me a picture of the site with the flowers in place. I strongly suggested a change in policy, this was highly upsetting. \r
Is Monday, June 23rd, no e-mail from Elisha. No phone call form the Administrator, Chris apologizing. Nothing. Just because I live out-of-state does not mean no one goes by to ensure proper placement, especially on special occasions. How many other flowers spent Father's Day sitting on the washer?
Cons: NO Accountablity, No Resolution
