I will definitely come back! We got our dog Maddie (2 year old mixed breed) from the humane society. Maddie has seen 2 other vets in the past that were ok but not places I would want to go back. I wanted to get connected with a veterinarian that would take the time to get to know our dog. Dr Susan Starr and the technician did just that. I was impressed right away by there approach to Maddie. She's a bit excited with new people and their approach was calm, friendly and put us both at ease. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to purchase anything more than the checkup. The technician was very clear on the cost of the check up prior to anything being done. I felt I had a choice and was not pressured to ""up grade"". The exam was complete and all my questions were addressed. I feel that it was a great first meeting and plan to make Tender Care Animal Hospital and Dr Susan Starr part of our yearly plan.
