I had this heating system put into my home two years ago March. When I had my oil provider come to service it after Morvent had done it in thepast, I was extremely angered to find that SEVERAL parts needed to be replaced or never there correctly. Here is what I was told,""Boiler in nearly every respect installed improperly and poorly. Boiler nearly one inch out of level, no isolation or balance valves, expansion tank piping is downhill, too long and too many turns, Dom coli and mix valvee piped wrong. found significant amount of water in fuel system due to improper tank fill cap- replacefill cap(1 1/2"" FM 45 degrees).""\r

Servicemay be on time and polite, but actual work not. For $8,000 I expect the product to last longerthan 2 years. If I didn't havesomeoneelse cometo clean and service, I would not haveever know. Sneaky and underhanded!!!!!
