Review content:
During a storm a tree fell and broke the window where our RAID back up was located. Needless-to-say the down pour of rain got our RAID wet and it stopped working. I instantly called Secured Data Recovery Services who did a recovery job for us the year before. A team of engineers performed a RAID 4 Data Recovery for the company and took it back to their facility to work on it. I wasn’t sure if any data could be salvaged due to the wet circumstances, but I was hopeful. I spoke with Secured Data Recovery Services three times and the next day they informed me the retrieval of all the data was successful and they were on their way to set it back up. I could not believe the information was not lost. Without a thought I would entrust my business in their very capable hands. Their recovery services have proven to be a vital asset to the company, me and all the employees and we are thankful they exist.
