Would use them again!\r Secure Data Recovery Services is the BEST! One of the golden ends of my media card was loose and would not open. I tried to fix it and just made it worse and broke it right off the card. I called Secure Data Recovery Services to see if they could do a USB & Digital Media recovery and explained what happened. I sent it to them and they called the next day and told me they located 99% of my pictures. They replaced the old card with a new card and put all of my photos on it and a DVD for me. I got it back 2 days later and everything worked great! I would use them again in a hartbeat! Thanks! more

I download some music from the internet 6/5/2012

I download some music from the internet to my laptop and instantly it wasnâ??t working right! I tried everything I knew how to do. I ran virus software in safe mode and nothing. It still wasnâ??t working right. I took it to Secure Data Recovery Services to hopefully fix the problem. They did a laptop data recovery and trapped the virus and removed it from my laptop. Boy, am I glad they are around! They are friendly, smart, professional and very helpful. The charge is very reasonable and when they are done, everything is banging! Thank you, you all were very nice. After years of having a great running desktop computer I noticed it was lagging in booting up day by day. A month later it was making screeching noises and then just shut off and would not reboot. Secure Data Recovery Services stepped in doing a hard drive recovery and destroyed 3 Trojan viruses that infected my machine. I picked it up the next day and it now runs like it is brand spanking new! The price for everything was affordable and the people were very nice to talk with. I will absolutely use their services again! Thank you so much. more

They are very impressive 3/8/2012

My nephew spilt juice on the computer tower and it started smoking and making grinding noises. I used a blow dryer to get most of the sticky stuff out hoping it would work, but nothing. I tried to do a hard drive recovery myself and just made it worse. Then I took out the hard drive and a friend of mine tried to fix it, but that didn’t work either. I brought the hard drive to Secure Data Recovery Services and explained the situation. They recaptured over 90% of the sticky data and placed on a new hard drive for me. Within 2 hours they called and I picked it up. I was surprised on how affordable they were. I brought it home, reattached it and it instantly started working great. Secure Data Recovery Services is the only choice of computer repair services. They are very impressive indeed and very fast. more

I would entrust my business in their very capable hands 1/23/2012

During a storm a tree fell and broke the window where our RAID back up was located. Needless-to-say the down pour of rain got our RAID wet and it stopped working. I instantly called Secured Data Recovery Services who did a recovery job for us the year before. A team of engineers performed a RAID 4 Data Recovery for the company and took it back to their facility to work on it. I wasn’t sure if any data could be salvaged due to the wet circumstances, but I was hopeful. I spoke with Secured Data Recovery Services three times and the next day they informed me the retrieval of all the data was successful and they were on their way to set it back up. I could not believe the information was not lost. Without a thought I would entrust my business in their very capable hands. Their recovery services have proven to be a vital asset to the company, me and all the employees and we are thankful they exist. more

This company in my book is A 12/27/2011

We had a severe non stop rain storm for over 2 days. In the morning when I arrived at work I noticed there was a flood of water where our SQL server is stored and maintained. Initially I panicked and tried to shop vac all the water off the floor to save the server. There was such brutal water damage, the server wouldn?t start and I thought we lost years worth of work. Secured Data Recovery Services stepped in and did a SQL Data Recovery on our server. I don?t know how they did it, but when they returned it to us, it now was working fine and all our critical data was there and secure. This company in my book is A+ and very impressive and their engineers are dedicated to help others. Great job and I am still flabbergasted that you recovered it all. more
