After discovering another shop in town I would NEVER take my bike back to Carter. One of the many negative experiences I've had there: six months ago I ran over a nail and had to have my back tire replaced. Carter had the size I needed in stock but not the same brand name. They gave me a huge hassle about it saying I would have to replace both the front and rear even though the front was fine just so I would have the same brands. Eventually (after much going back and forth with the manager) they agreed to let me use the different brand name if I signed a waiver. The rear tire alone cost me about $300.\r \r Just last week I ran over another nail. I called Motorcycle City. They told me they have the size I need, it's a different brand but ""that's no big deal"" and it will be $120 including installation. Carter Powersports ripped me off completely. I had been taking my bike there for a year prior to discovering Motorcycle City. It makes me wonder how many other times they ripped me off that I don't even know about. If you need repair on your bike, go to Motorcycle City instead! Pros: Can't think of any off hand Cons: Scam artists
