Review content:
I bought a used truck from this dealer which is located @ I55 & Rte 52 in Shorewood IL.The salesman was Jason Beltran The truck was sold as is and I know I should have check the truck before I purchase, but since it was recommended by someone I worked with who had a good experience my guard was down. I had asked Jason several times if the engine noise meant there was major engine problems and was told the engine was fine. Twenty-four hours after the purchase the truck I took it to a dealer to check it out and was told the engine had to be replaced. After finding this out I contacted their sales manager Ken McGaha. I was told he would get back to me which he didn't. I further got another estimate for repairs from another dealer and was told he could repair without replacing the engine. So I tried to get Tyson to pay for the lesser repairs which I felt was fair. After I paid for repairs I also found out the truck had a recall a airbag and there was no emergency brakes. Both of which we never mentioned to me. I know now that I made a costly mistake which I don't want anyone else to make. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!
